I am new to Te Puke Karanga Hauora & am the new kaimahi for he puna ora.
I grew up on the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula & moved to Raetihi when I was 18.
After a long time, Raetihi has now become home.
I’m married & am blessed with 3 beautiful children - Manaia, Brax & Kida.
In my spare time I love spending it with my whanau & friends, hunting & gathering, fishing & diving - making memories as a whanau & passing on what we can, to others.
I have overcome a lot in my life - Addiction, alcohol issues & struggles with mental illness to name a few. I was fortunate enough to have the support to overcome these issues & would love to pass that on to other mama.
I have always wanted to work in this field & I’m very passionate about doing what I can to empower others. I’m so grateful to now have the opportunity to use what I have lived & experienced, to help other wahine who may need a bit of awhi.
