My name is Craig Tepu (known as Bull).
From 2011-October 2014:
I held the secretariat role for the Whanganui Maori wardens.
I have been a Maori Warden since 2003 to 2018.
Key tasks of the role were:
providing different services within the community, security at events, helping families during tangihanga, helping to keeping everyone safe, working with communities ie: traffic control & people management).
I have a keen interest in healing whānau who are unwell (Reiki).
I have worked most my life but have operations on both my knees which has put a hold on my employment as an avid forklift driver.
I hope to bring a Tane Ora perspective to Te Puke Karanga Hauora board along with my knowledge and skills from my time I was with the Maori Wardens.
